Boca Park Community Yard Sale Announcement
At our recent Master Association Meeting, the three Boca Park communities discussed holding a community-wide yard sale on Saturday, April 18, 2026, and there was strong interest from all three communities.

Yard Sale Hours: 8AM – 12PM
Each family may set up in their own parking space underneath their building. Please keep in mind that parking and traffic will likely be busy, with shoppers possibly arriving as early as 7:00 AM. If you have young children, please keep them close by for safety.
If you prefer not to start early, you can let visitors know “No Early Birds,” though some shoppers may move on to other sellers who are open earlier.
Participation is completely optional, and each household is responsible for its own setup and sales. If you have items to sell, display them neatly to help attract buyers.
A few helpful tips:
- Have plenty of small bills on hand, especially $1, $5, and $10 bills
- It may also help to have a roll of quarters
- If possible, use a folding table and chair for your setup
- As a safety precaution, keep jewelry and other small valuable items close to you at all times
This is a great opportunity to clear out items you no longer want. If you have larger items, such as furniture, only bring them down if it is manageable. Otherwise, you may want to post a sign letting shoppers know you have furniture available for viewing. We hope this will be a fun and successful event for everyone who participates.
